Returns & Refund Policy
At Spanish Pottery, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.
Please contact us before sending your item back so we can confirm the return details.

Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care to pack our pottery safely, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund quickly.
How to Return
Contact us to request a return.
Pack your item securely in its original packaging.
Post it to the return address we provide.
Unless the item is faulty or damaged, you’ll be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm we’ve received it and processed your refund.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item (for example, for a different size or colour), please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on:

Gift cards
